The Assistant Restaurant Manager is the right hand of the Clubhouse Manager who is primarily in charge of managing the service staff. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a working server and/or bartender but is also responsible for making sure all other servers/bartenders are executing the steps of service with the proper order and timing. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is also in charge of overseeing appearance standards, staff training and scheduling, assuring dining room set-up and preparation is correct, making sure all accoutrement and tools are available for service of the dining menu, and occasionally opening and closing of the facilities.
