This role is responsible for effectively managing people, activities, and available resources to achieve community objectives established by ownership. These objectives include maximizing occupancy levels, maintaining property values, and developing and executing a strong resident retention program.

The Leasing Manager also assists with marketing initiatives, oversees leasing activities, and trains staff to ensure efficient daily operations
